St Nicks has a true place in our hearts. We absolutely love it & feel its the pinnacle of street food trading in Bristol. The iconic Glass Arcade is central to St nicholas market and is the jewel in the Crown as part of Bristols 'old city'. Opening in May 2019 Low and slow barbecue is the absolute perfect grab & go site in the city centre, great for city days out round the harbour, a lazy afternoon in Castle Park or as an upgrade to the usual work lunch.

We smoke all of our meats daily.
Smokers are situated on site and both the Brisket & pork are smoked low and slow overnight to be taken off in the morning fresh for a bustling lunch service.
Open Mon to Sat 11am til sell out, usually before 3pm. Due to the nature of the product & popularity of the site we recommend coming early to avoid disappointment. Also available on Ubereats & Deliveroo.
